Reflector (Saratov), 11/1961. See the page on mil grade 6S3P-E that is right on specs. This sample wasn't as fine as predicted. The brand new tubes both were 40% weaker that typical specs, hence double Rp. The operating point MUST be shifted to avoid grid currents. Anyway, the Gm/Mu combination is quite qood. Since the 6.3V and 5V heater voltages produce identical Gm/Mu/Rp, I'd presume the tube is working yet not within the specs.

Standard specifications per each triode
Parameter Maximum Operating Point Measured - 1961 tube
Ua, V +160 (??) 150 150
Ug, V - (-1.6) -1.1
Ia, mA 35 16 16
Pa, W 2.5 (2.3) 1.5
Gm, mA/V - 19 (11..25) 12.6
Rp, kOhm - (2.5) 4.8
Mu, V/V - 50 61

1. Gm/Mu/Rp measurements - no, it doesn't make 19 mA/V ...

2. Full power curve

3. 10mA 200V closeup

Legend: White curves: Ig<5uA Yellow: 5<Ig<20uA Red: 20<Ig<300uA. Measurements terminate at Ig>300uA
