Saratov, 04/1970 - This 'RF Oscillator Tube, a ECC42 clone' according to Franz Hamberger, looks very much like 6N3P - tiny plates, smallest ever built in noval package. But the rest of the tube is different - see photograph for comparison. Unlike the ringing 6N3P, this one is shy and needs no special anti-oscillating efforts.

1. Curve at normal Uheater, full operating power. Note that -10V grid bias limitation cannot reveal the high Ua area of this low-mu tube.
2. Closeup to 10mA
3. Gm measurements
Legend: White curves: Ig<5uA Yellow: 5<Ig<20uA Red: 20<Ig<300uA. Measurements terminate at Ig>300uA
